Rogers is the Executive Director of Concern Consult Ltd. He has a master degree in business administration with a bias in marketing. He as well possesses bachelor's degree in Economics from Makerere University.
Rogers is an educator and an economist with over 10 years of experience in NGO and business world. He has profound effect on East Africa's Education System as an entrepreneurship curriculum designer, Text books writer and is a Senior National Master Trainer on Skills based Learning.
Rogers has done private Consultancies with UNIDO on Education related projects like instructional learning and coaching. Rogers is a motivational speaker and does freelancing Students’ leadership activities with University student leaders in Rwanda.
Through growing up in a developing country, Rogers has witnessed many development issues such as poverty, youth unemployment, income inequality and others. Rogers believes these barriers are a result of lack of better skills in labor market, orientation of education and training, lack of experience, fewer financial resources, limited networks, and market barriers. These barriers can be addressed through appropriate entrepreneurship and management skills coupled with tailored training and development package.
